For any inscription, we require a confirmation closes 30 days before the date of your arrival. Your inscription is validated only with the reception of a payment of 30% of the total to pay with

Children reduction
- The children less than 5 years will be the honour guests and they will enjoy the exemption from payment of the voyage.
- The children between 5 and 12 years profit from a reduction of 50 % on the total price.

Payment
The pay of the transaction will have to be discharged completely, before the beginning of the excursion, by credit transfer.

Insurance

Our tariffs not including insurance assistance repatriation please check the conditions of your personal insurance; otherwise you can subscribe the contract of your choice.

Modifications of the programs and the prices
the routes of the excursions and their unfolding can be modified without notice according to local requirements (unfavourable natural conditions, unspecified situation of unforeseeable nature...). Certain services agreed upon within the framework of a contract can also undergo modifications. In these cases, Mami Tour reserves the possibility of revising its prices as well with the rise as with the fall in order to hold account of these modifications. Mami Tour amends these to knowledge of the public as soon as they are decided and in all the cases before the beginning of execution of the contracts or what holds place of it. The customers who will have taken a reservation affected by - known as modifications will be able either to accept these modifications and their incidence on the prices or to cancel their reservation and to obtain, the full repayment of the versed sums. Any accepted modification will give place, if necessary, with an endorsement with the contract. Any reduction in price will come in deduction from the sums remaining possibly had by the customer and, if the payment already carried out by this last exceeds the price of the
modified service, too perceived will be restored to him.

On the assumption or, after the beginning of fulfilment of a contract, Mami Tour would be, for reason of cause beyond control, in impossibility of providing services envisaged to the contract, Mami Tour will make any possible sound to propose equivalent transactions to replace those not provided. If the customer refuses these last, it will have right to refunding of the price of the not provided services but will be able to claim with no compensation.

Conditions of cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the customer, this one will have to pay to Mami Tour an allowance evaluated in proportion of the amount of the contract. This proportion will be as follows:
- Between the 16th and 8th week, before the beginning of execution 10% of the contract
- Between the 7th and 4th week, before the beginning of execution 30% of the contract
- Between the 30th and the 15th day, before the beginning of execution 50% of the contract
- Between the 14th and the beginning of execution 85% of the contract
- The day of the beginning of execution of the contract: the 100%.

The amount of the compensation will be deducted from the deposit and any positive balance will be paid to the client. In case the balance is in favour of the client will have to pay for it within one week after cancellation.
